The beginning of the quest begins at the NPC "Lovina"

" Lovina " collects old Drachma coins, if you bring the coins, Lovina can melt them into a Talisman of Wealth.
Coins drop from monsters in the Garden of Genesis.
After you collect the required number of coins, you need to return to Lovina.
Lovina will exchange 1000 Drachma coins for a Talisman of Wealth.

The quest itself is not taken from Avalanche.
You just need to destroy the monsters in the Garden of Genesis.
Required character level for drop 120+
Chance of Drachma drop 50%.
